Weather you have a 3D model, 2D drawing, or chicken scratch on a napkin, we'll bring your idea to life. Here at this step we want to make sure your idea is achievable using the equipment at your facility or even outsourcing if needed. Figuring out the right equipment for the job is key before moving any further down this road of turning dreams into reality.

We use the latest MasterCAM programming software to model, create tool pathing, and simulate the completion of your manufacturable component. We take all items into consideration including: Machine, Work-holding, material type, and tooling used. After a NC program is generated we'll send a manufacturing CNC specialist on-site to prove in the program if needed (recommended).

Using Publisher/Powerpoint our team will generate a step by step work instruction .PDF guide on setting up the part on the machine, using the proper tooling, stock size, and work-holding, included with the NC program. Down to the finest detail we'll make the process of manufacturing your parts as simple as possible, illustrated with detailed pictures and written instruction.   

On delivery of the NC Program, we'll include a machine simulation executable file (.exe). When launched, this program will give you a real time 3D virtual display of your part being machined from Stock to finish, with a full report. Our team will make sure your machine is guaranteed to have a 0% chance of collisions or scrapping a part.
